Asterozoa Starfish Print Silk Scarf

Asterozoa (n) - marine animals of which characteristics include a star-shaped body and radially divergent axes of symmetry.

Inspired by antiquarian coral and shell collections and exhibits in natural history museums, this print features over one hundred hand-painted watercolour starfish, from giant basket stars to the delicate crown of thorns starfish. The design is digitally printed onto a luxurious lightweight silk satin to capture the ever-changing quality of under-sea light.
